Initiated from the fusion of UniBern and the PhotoBioCat consortium with PhDs, postdocs and young PIs, the franchise started in 2021.
Our History
At the begining of 2021, two Biocatalysis symposiums were organized young researchers in February (Graz, Austria) and in May (Bern, Switzerland). Unfortunately, both symposiums had to happen in an online format due to the pandemic situation. Now, we have teamed up to organize NextGenBiocat 2022 as an on-site conference dedicated to young scientists.
